I absolutely agree with the thrust of this. One of the things we are trying to achieve with the Town Centre redevelopment is that there be a new arts complex, with a theatre and a gallery, and perhaps a museum. When we are further along with the process, I will make sure that we talk to the arts community to get the requirements right.
